IT Project Lead - Infrastructure & Operations (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a globally leading technology company specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-precision drive systems. The company offers customized solutions consisting of motors, gearboxes, and control electronics, which are used in a wide variety of complex applications.
Role
Do you lead technical IT projects with overview, structure, and implementation strength – and know how to bring complex projects to a successful conclusion on time, with quality, and within budget? This role offers you a versatile combination of project responsibility, operational IT management, and the opportunity to actively pass on your knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Leadership, planning, and control of technical IT projects and sub-projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including supplier and partner management
- Ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines in complex, cross-departmental projects
- Participation in company-wide rollouts, changes, and transformation projects
- Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of defined IT services
- Creation and maintenance of structured documentation, processes, and operating standards
- Active contribution to service quality through ongoing optimization initiatives
- Technical support and development of junior IT staff as part of practical training
Qualifications
- Completed IT education and ideally further training in project management or system technology
- Several years of experience in leading technical IT projects, ideally also in an international context
- Sound knowledge in workplace, infrastructure, or IT service management
- Confident, reliable demeanor towards internal teams, external partners, and decision-makers
- Interest in the development and training of junior staff
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
