Job and Missions

Within AEW, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers specializing in real estate asset management, you will join the IT team, which consists of [Number of people in the IT team, to be specified]. Within this team, we work to oversee all IT projects managed by AEW, ensure their proper implementation, and maintain consistency and synergy between projects.

On a daily basis, your missions will be to:

• Manage the project portfolio;
• Plan and launch new projects;
• Monitor and control project execution;
• Communicate with top management and internal clients;
• Supervise project managers and improve project management practices.

You will work in an international environment, interacting with business teams in various European countries and with the IT team based in Paris.

Profile and Required Skills

About you: If you see yourself in the following description, you are meant to work with us!

With a higher education degree (engineering or business school), you have 10+ years of experience in project director roles.

You master:

• Project management methodologies (V-cycle, Agile)
• The use of project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, ...)
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Leadership and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

You are:

• Possessing strong leadership.
• Recognized for your excellent communication.
• Rigorous, capable of working under pressure.

You master English at a C1 level.
