IT Project Manager

Your role in the team

• Your main task is the independent planning, coordination, and technical implementation of digital projects and processes within our company.

• You take over the management and organization of technical projects, coordinate processes with internal teams as well as external partners, and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and on schedule.

• An important part of your role is the technical support and further development of our platform together with our external development partner Epixel. In this capacity, you coordinate new requirements, improvements, and technical optimizations, as well as track and resolve bugs and technical issues.

• You analyze existing processes and work together with the team to develop more efficient digital structures and automations.

• You manage and optimize our digital systems and tools, and assist with technical integrations, automations, and system adjustments.

• You act as an interface between technology, project management, and operational implementation, keeping both technical and economic objectives in view.

• You document processes, projects, and technical requirements in a structured and transparent manner.

• Be creative: Your ideas for improving our systems, processes, and platforms are always welcome.

Experience

• You have experience in project management and technical project coordination.

• Ideally, you already have experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, as well as working with international developer teams.

Education

• You live in Gifhorn or the surrounding area, or are willing to work on-site for training.
