An exciting opportunity exists for a highly driven, execution-focused Project Manager to take full ownership of systems and operational projects within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects — from initiation through to full delivery
• Define, manage, and prioritise multiple concurrent projects
• Oversee implementation and optimisation of key systems, including:
  • CRM platforms
  • Sales and retention systems
  • Call centre technologies
• Drive AI and automation initiatives, ensuring both implementation and adoption
• Ensure effective system utilisation across teams (not just deployment)
• Act as the central liaison between operations, IT, marketing, and leadership
• Track execution rigorously and hold teams accountable for delivery

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager
• Background in call centre, sales, or retention-driven environments
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects end-to-end in fast-moving settings
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Assertive personality with the ability to drive accountability across teams

Advantageous Experience

• Exposure to AI tools and automation systems
• Experience in fintech, trading, or high-volume sales environments
