Are you an IT Project Manager? Do you have experience working in a financial industry? Then the role of an IT project manager might be the right fit for you!
We are looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our clients, a leading international private bank, for a contract role based in Frankfurt, with occasional travel to Luxembourg (very rare). The assignment starts ASAP, runs at 100% workload, and is planned until 31.12.2026.
In this role, you will take ownership of a key Front Tool Project (Front Office (FO) systems and technologies), stepping into an environment where structure, precision, and collaboration define success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT projects end‑to‑end, defining scope, shaping project plans, aligning resources, guiding experts, and ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget.
- As the central link between business, technical teams, and stakeholders, keep everyone informed through clear communication and transparent project reporting.
- Your work will span project steering, risk identification, progress control, documentation of every project phase, and adherence to the bank’s internal project delivery framework.
- You will be the one ensuring that project goals stay on track, changes are managed effectively, and deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Your experience in IT or financial services, combined with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex environments, will be essential.
If you bring a BSc/BA in Computer Science or Engineering, proven experience managing IT projects , ideally within banking, wealth management, or front‑office tool environments, and excellent English and German skills, then this is the right opportunity for you. Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate others will help you excel in this role.
