IT Project Manager

About

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager & Product Owner to lead digital initiatives supporting operational tools and platforms. This role focuses on managing SaaS tools, driving automation (including AI use cases), and delivering scalable solutions for business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of tools such as Procore and SynaptiQ (scope, budget, timelines)
• Coordinate with business teams, IT, and external vendors
• Oversee contract management, invoicing, and purchase orders
• Support selection and implementation of tools (e.g., CMMS, monitoring solutions)
• Drive user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Act as Product Owner – define requirements, manage backlog, support Agile delivery
• Deliver automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual workload
• Lead project governance, reporting, and progress tracking
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and operational needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong IT Project Management experience (Agile/Waterfall)
• Experience managing SaaS tools (e.g., Procore, SynaptiQ or similar platforms)
• Experience in automation, AI, or low-code solutions
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in vendor management, contracts, and financial tracking
• Ability to drive digital transformation and user adoption

Nice to Have

• Experience in construction, asset management, or energy domain
• Exposure to CMMS or operational monitoring tools
• Experience working in global or cross-functional environments
