About the role
Your role in the team
- As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for complex client projects, from requirements analysis through conception and implementation to a successful go-live.
- In this role, you are the central interface between clients, the project team, and technical contacts, ensuring a structured, efficient, and high-quality project progression.

Our expectations:
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of project management methods.
- Strong technical understanding as well as good know-how in the areas of software architecture, system landscapes, and interfaces.
- Ability to systematically capture technical and professional requirements and translate them into viable solutions together with development teams.
- Ideally, knowledge in software development is a plus but not a requirement.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills, moderation ability, and confident demeanor in client and team settings.
- High degree of personal responsibility as well as a good sense for priorities, risks, and economic contexts.
- Very good knowledge of German, as well as good knowledge of English.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing IT projects.
- Verifiable references or successfully implemented projects that demonstrate your experience.
- Experience in managing complex client projects with multiple stakeholders.
