About the role

Your role in the team

  • As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for complex client projects, from requirements analysis through conception and implementation to a successful go-live.
  • In this role, you are the central interface between clients, the project team, and technical contacts, ensuring a structured, efficient, and high-quality project progression.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of project management methods.
  • Strong technical understanding as well as good know-how in the areas of software architecture, system landscapes, and interfaces.
  • Ability to systematically capture technical and professional requirements and translate them into viable solutions together with development teams.
  • Ideally, knowledge in software development is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication skills, moderation ability, and confident demeanor in client and team settings.
  • High degree of personal responsibility as well as a good sense for priorities, risks, and economic contexts.
  • Very good knowledge of German, as well as good knowledge of English.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing IT projects.
  • Verifiable references or successfully implemented projects that demonstrate your experience.
  • Experience in managing complex client projects with multiple stakeholders.
