Program Manager

Full time/permanent position

Location

This is an in-office position, 5 days per week. The office is in Mississauga, very close to the airport.

Desired skills & experience:

• PMP certification preferred
• Bilingual with English and French, both written and verbal
• Experience managing new product/technology introductions, including supply chain readiness
• Software program management and/or software/hardware integration experience
• General knowledge of Hardware and/or Software development
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• General understanding of technical design, implementation, and quality assurance
• Strong change management skills creating clarity of vision, unifying teams and resources and dealing with conflict and resistance
• Experience in Agile/SAFe, waterfall and hybrid program delivery methods
• Drive process discipline and accountability throughout the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects

Compensation

Base salary in the $105,000 - $115,000 range, flexible depending on experience
