IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

About

We are seeking a IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives while bridging business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, risks)
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories/specifications
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and IT
• Support solution design, testing (UAT), and delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Scrum certification
