We are looking for a solution-oriented implementation specialist who deeply understands our application and integrates it precisely into our customers' processes. You are the linchpin at the customer's site and in the office. As an innovative market leader, we already use AI technologies productively today, so you also bring the curiosity to make our software even more efficient for the customer through AI-supported approaches.

Your Tasks (Impact & Responsibility)

• End-to-End Implementation: You are responsible for the introduction of our software to new customers from A to Z. This includes requirements analysis, technical parameterization, and productive rollout.
• System-Configuration: You dive deep into the application and configure the system to maximize the individual business benefit for our customers.
• Enablement & Training: You conduct professional user training and ensure that our customers can use the solution safely and efficiently.
• Process Optimization with AI: Where standard solutions reach their limits, you examine the use of AI modules. You create concepts or simple prototypes to show how AI can solve specific customer problems.
• Interface Function: You are the voice of the customer to our development team and prepare requirements (including for AI extensions) in a structured way for the product team.

Your Profile

Must-haves

• Doer Mentality: You have a degree or training in computer science/business informatics and have already gained experience in software implementation or IT consulting.
• Enjoy Customer Contact: You love analyzing processes, explaining technical concepts understandably, and leading projects to success independently.
• Technical Flair: You enjoy delving deep into software logic. Terms like automation and AI are exciting tools for you, which you use purposefully for real customer problems.
• Values Match: You work highly professionally, value team cohesion, and bring a healthy dose of enthusiasm for modern IT solutions.
• Language Skills: Fluent German is a prerequisite; English skills are important for communication within the group and for technical AI topics.
