IT Project Manager Contractor

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Contractor to support a project team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Lead project execution and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards

Required Skills

• 6–9+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong experience in Contact Center platforms such as Genesys Cloud
• Proven experience managing enterprise CRM or customer service systems
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional and global teams
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with SAP C4C
