Responsibilities

• Help to manage this train of about 50 people on a daily basis,
• Participate in coordinating the train with the rest of the Covéa software delivery ecosystem (production, transverse version management, project managers, …),
• Help to measure the effectiveness of the system and drive continuous improvement as well as the resolution of any blockages,
• Participate in the management of scrum masters to improve team efficiency and predictability,
• Help to support the train stakeholders and parties involved to resolve blockages, anticipate difficulties, and secure identified risks during the release,
• Help to prepare communication regarding the train's progress and the achievement of objectives set in PI planning.

Requirements

• You are looking for an apprenticeship as part of a BAC+4/5 in Project Management for 2 years.
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills and have a sense of communication and facilitation.
• You have good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Your success within the Covéa group will also be based on your learning abilities and adaptability.

Salary
