IT Project Manager - Intelligent Process & Content Management (m/f/d)
Role:
Does digitizing processes, connecting systems, and delighting customers drive you? In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for exciting digitalization projects and actively shape the future of intelligent information management.
Responsibilities:
- Leading digitalization projects in the area of intelligent information and process management - remote or directly at the customer's site
- Recording and structuring customer requirements and developing customized solution concepts
- Implementation of projects related to digital contract, creditor, and personnel file processes, as well as automated incoming mail processing
- Technical integration of existing system landscapes via REST APIs, SQL, and other modern connectors
- Definition of archiving structures and implementation of automated classification solutions (including AI-supported OCR)
- Strategic further development of existing customer environments and proactive identification of new solution approaches
- Maintaining and expanding long-term customer partnerships on an equal footing
- Collaboration with product specialists and development teams in agile project structures
Qualifications:
- Proven project experience in the IT environment, ideally with a focus on process digitalization or content management
- Technical affinity and understanding of modern integration architectures
- Completed IT training or degree - or equivalent practical experience
- Strong customer understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and high self-responsibility
- Enthusiasm for projects that generate real business value
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Familiarity with SME structures and cultures is an advantage
