About the role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving project delivery, owning the full project lifecycle. You will ensure effective management of governance, risk, resources, and budgets. Your focus will be on delivering customer value in alignment with the Indigo methodology and agreed roadmap. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, will be a key aspect of your role.
Key Responsibilities: - Own project plans, resource plans, progress reporting, and controls. - Be accountable for RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). - Proactively identify, manage, and escalate conduct risk within the defined risk appetite. - Display behavior that is aligned with the organizational purpose and values. - Demonstrate proven experience in managing projects and delivery practices. - Be hands-on in setting up projects and governance in Agile/DevOps environments. - Show expertise in cost management, estimation, and planning. - Ability to manage team productivity and ensure adherence to metrics. - Possess strong communication skills, able to explain project/technical concepts to peers and senior management. - Excel in collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in project management and delivery practices. - Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments. - Strong expertise in cost management, estimation, and planning. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
