The client has relied on Lotus Notes and Domino for decades. As a result, an ecosystem of diverse applications, processes, and interfaces has developed around this system. The client is now migrating from Lotus Notes/Domino to Microsoft (Outlook/Teams). An analysis of the current state is underway to determine which applications, processes, and interfaces are in use. Based on this analysis, a decision will be made with the client regarding additional requirements, and these will then be implemented within the Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous project management
• Analysis and evaluation of project progress
• Independent stakeholder management
• Monitoring of project status and preparation of status reports
• Conflict management as needed
• Scope management
• Independent risk management

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and coordinating IT projects
• Experience in migrating from Lotus Notes
• Ability to manage and control complex projects and to structure complex topics in a solution-oriented manner for the client
• Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment
• Assertiveness and the ability to act decisively even in difficult situations
• Stress resilience
• Pragmatic approach to work
• Ability to cope with a "rough" work environment and resilience under pressure
• Experience in collaborating with external partners/service providers in technical projects
• Neutral/positive attitude towards the defense industry
• Fluent in German and English
