The Position
The IT Project Manager – Quality Systems supports, configures, and manages updates of IT systems supporting Quality business processes. They are responsible for proper functioning and continuous improvement of systems within their scope, fully respecting pharmaceutical best practices and budget.
Responsibilities
- Maintain operational excellence for all systems in scope
- Resolve incidents
- Configure new functionalities
- Manage relationships with users and solution providers to resolve system usage issues and meet new business needs
- Manage updates of systems in scope
Daily Activities
- Administer systems in scope (Ennov Doc, Ennov Training, Ennov Dossier, Avanteam QMS…)
- Manage system access (creation, deactivation, modification)
- Handle incident resolution
- Animate the user community
- Provide technical support to users for IT problems
- Develop business cases including ROI analyses
Lifecycle Management
- Monitor validation activities of IT systems in scope
- Supervise continuous improvement to maintain and increase user satisfaction according to DDSI department strategy
- Lead system evolution in scope (Change Advisory Board, change request analysis and prioritization, data management)
- Participate in annual events of service providers
Project Management
- Manage deployment and upgrade projects and stakeholders respecting schedule and budget
- Select project participants
- Develop or update project plans including objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, schedules, financing and team
- Meet stakeholders (department heads, senior leadership, suppliers) to align on business issues and context, solicit cooperation and resolve problems
- Conduct technological watch in domain
Profile
- Degree of Engineer, Master or Bac+4/5 level
- Minimum 5 years experience including at least 3 years in a similar position
- Deep knowledge of project management including financial aspects
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sector including regulatory context (GxP)
- Knowledge of quality processes
- Fluent in English
- Ability to evaluate processes/solutions to improve performance and foster continuous improvement
- Experience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of IT systems
- User support skills
- Responsibility, reliability and ability to meet deadlines

- Capacity for self-questioning, open-mindedness and active listening
- Ability to collaborate and build an effective network inside and outside the company
- Ability to impact and influence
- Knowledge of ITIL, PMBOK, GDPR, GxP, GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11
