IT Project Manager

Overview

We’re seeking an IT Project Manager to support global SAP integration initiatives across a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong project manager first, with hands-on SAP exposure, and enjoys working across international teams to drive complex system integrations.

You’ll play a key role in aligning business needs with technical execution while partnering closely with stakeholders in both the U.S. and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from planning through execution and handover
• Support SAP integration efforts across enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, LMS)
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
• Adapt Agile or traditional PM methodologies based on project scope
• Translate business requirements into clear technical direction
• Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders across regions
• Drive risk awareness, governance, and project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (PMP a plus; required if no degree)
• Experience leading or contributing to SAP-related implementation/integration projects
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and system configurations
• Familiarity with enterprise applications (CRM experience a plus)
• Strong experience managing projects end-to-end
• Comfortable working with global teams (U.S. + Europe)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar

• First U.S.-based hire on a globally distributed team
• Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite after initial onboarding period)
