IT Project Manager

Role Descriptions:

Project Manager will need to be able to quickly understand the scope of our effort and plan for the completion| enable to gain consensus and drive deliverables with our business sponsors. Our environment is Global Insurance and Financial Services.

Must Have:

• Excellent Stakeholder Management
• Communication and presentation skills
• Team management: effective resource management skills required as the team members will not directly report to the PM or belong to project sponsoring vertical.

Technical Skills:

• Waterfall and Agile experience| PMP and CSM designations will be required.
• Experience in delivering SaaS tools

Must-have Ability:

• Manage multiple stakeholders| provide status updates| manage budget and stakeholder communications
• Proactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans
• Prior experience of working in matrix organizations and multiple vendor resources is required.
• Having prior experience working on HR projects
• Monitors and manages project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope| budget and schedule manages variances
• Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
• Analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and handle uncertainty
• Should also possess domain knowledge on HR Applications especially Workday and ADP
