Job Description

Within AEW, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers specializing in real estate asset management, you join the IT team which is composed of [Number of people in the IT team, to be specified] people. In this team, we work to supervise all the IT projects managed by AEW, to ensure their proper implementation and to ensure consistency and synergies between the projects.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

• Manage the project portfolio;
• Plan and launch new projects;
• Monitor and control the implementation of projects;
• Communicate with top management and internal clients;
• Supervise project managers and improve project management practices.

You work in an international environment, in contact with business teams in different European countries and with the IT team based in Paris

Work Environment

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of telecommuting per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services like catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remunerations are composed of a fixed, an annual bonus, and a corporate savings scheme including profit-sharing, participation, and matching.

About You

If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education (engineer or business school), you have 10+ years of experience in project manager roles.

You master:

• Project management methodologies (V cycle, Agile)
• The use of project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, ...)
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Leadership and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of communication

You are:

• Endowed with assertive leadership.
• Recognized for your excellent communication.
• Rigorous, able to work under pressure.

You master English with a C1 level.
