Do you like to keep an eye on multiple IT topics at the same time, coordinate different specialist areas, and ensure that projects progress in a structured manner? Then a versatile position with a high proportion of home office and a central role in internal IT project coordination awaits you.

Responsibilities

As an IT Project Coordinator (m/f/d) / IT Project Manager (m/w/d), you will take on the following tasks with us:

• You coordinate IT projects and ensure a smooth process.
• You support the planning, organization, and control of various IT work packages.
• You keep an eye on timing, resources, and project progress and actively drive topics forward.
• You record requirements from the specialist departments and evaluate them together with the internal IT.
• You support topics related to digitalization, IT processes, and hardware and software introductions.

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating IT topics or IT projects
• Good knowledge of VMware, Citrix, networks, and general IT infrastructure
• Understanding of software lifecycle topics, PC hardware, and firewall environments
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of coordinating with different contact persons
• Good German and English skills
• Willingness to be on-site 2-3 times a month
