What awaits you?

• You will take full responsibility for IT projects, planning, managing, and accompanying demanding IT infrastructure projects with a focus on stable structures, realistic goal setting, and sustainable implementation.
• You will coordinate with stakeholders, work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients, carefully gather requirements, prioritize them, and translate them into viable, implementable solutions.
• You will manage budget, time, and quality, continuously monitor schedules, budgets, and quality goals, and react pragmatically and solution-oriented to deviations, always with the aim of securing trust and progress.
• You will communicate clearly and regularly about project status, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and involved, thereby creating transparency that builds trust.
• You will document the project progress comprehensively, from requirements analysis to completion, laying the foundation for traceability, quality, and knowledge transfer.
• You will prepare status reports and decision proposals in a way that is professionally convincing and guides different target groups safely through the decision-making process; understandable, well-founded, and clear.

What you should bring?

• You have practical experience in the IT environment, ideally in infrastructure.
• You have project management know-how, including managing budget, time, and quality.
• You lead project teams with commitment and respect, not with pressure or activism.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner, think networkedly, and enjoy truly advancing projects.
• You master German at at least C1 level and English at at least B2 level, both written and spoken.
• You value clear communication and reliable processes.
