Für unseren Zentralbereich Operations suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "IT Quality Assurance Manager (Software Tester) in der IT Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d) Abteilung Build IT". Bei der Stelle handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Stelle in Vollzeit.

Your exciting tasks:

• You are responsible for the planning, conception, execution, and evaluation of quality management and test activities in all systems and processes of Messe München in the IT landscape
• You ensure compliance with quality assurance processes in development processes, update, and software release cycles
• You advise and support project teams in test execution, monitor test results, continuously develop the test strategy, and continuously optimize the test management methods used
• Together with the specialist departments, you prepare acceptance tests, support the subject matter experts during the test phase, and drive forward the consistent test automation of end-to-end business processes
• You advise IT project management on test analysis, test effort estimation, and checking requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability
• You work closely with stakeholders in business and IT, rounding off your exciting area of responsibility

What you ideally bring with you:

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and 3-5 years of professional experience in test management
• You have extensive experience in IT quality assurance and master common test methods such as manual, automated, load/performance, interface, and end-to-end processes
• You have sound knowledge in the development and further development of test strategies as well as in the use of test management tools and have certifications according to ISTQB® or a comparable standard
• You have experience in expanding test automation and can confidently read and interpret at least one high-level programming language
• You are tech-savvy, navigate databases with confidence, use interface tools routinely, and work confidently with Atlassian Confluence and Jira, ideally including Xray for Jira
• You work independently, reliably, analytically, and in a structured manner, are a communicative team player with a high degree of customer orientation and commitment, and have fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing?
