About Us

Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.

After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the EMEA market.

In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio , you will also qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants

(50% sales / 50% recruitment)

What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like

• Minimum of 1 year experience in building your own client portfolio in the IT staffing industry
• Experience with IT Contract profiles
• You enjoy prospecting and cold calling
• Fluent English ,another language is a bonus
• Results and target-driven
• Enthusiastic, ambitious – a real go-getter

Interview Process

• Interview with TA team - 30 minutes
• Interview with Hiring Manager - 30 minute Video Call
• On-site Interview with Director - 1 hour
