• Screening profiles and coordinating interviews
• Ensuring timely closures and maintaining strong joining ratios

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 2 years of IT recruitment experience
• Exposure to target-driven hiring environments is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Open to PAN India
