Techwave is looking for enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiters to join our team in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates who are looking to build a career in IT staffing and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Work on different hiring models including C2C, W2, and 1099.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
