Role Overview
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity)
- Source passive candidates via Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter & niche platforms
- Screen candidates based on technical requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide market insights
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche roles
Requirements
- 3–5 years in IT recruitment (agency/high-volume preferred)
- Experience hiring for UK/US markets (preferred)
- Strong Boolean search & sourcing skills
- Excellent English communication
- Experience using ATS systems
Nice to Have
- Recruitment certifications
- Technical background
- UK/US compliance knowledge
