About MOD Education GmbH

Masters of Digital (MOD Education) is an AZAV-certified training provider specializing in digital further education. Our courses are aimed at individuals who are currently unemployed and wish to sustainably improve their chances in the job market. Through a training voucher from the Federal Employment Agency or the Jobcenter, participants can attend our further training courses free of charge, provided they meet the individual requirements.

In our practice-oriented programs, experienced instructors impart current knowledge in the fields of digital marketing, HR, and other future-oriented areas. The goal is to specifically prepare participants for their professional restart in the digital environment – with real tools, realistic tasks, and individual support.

What to Expect

Training Focus Areas

• You will learn to use modern recruiting technologies and AI tools specifically for IT recruiting processes and configure them professionally.
• You will work with digital applicant management systems and develop data-based strategies to identify and successfully approach suitable IT specialists.
• You will understand how algorithmic decisions are made in recruiting and use specialized methods to find and hire tech talent more efficiently.

Our MOD Academy offers you an innovative, didactically sound learning environment with live sessions, interactive exercises, and practice-oriented projects. You learn online and independently of location – accompanied by experienced instructors from the field who will support you throughout the entire further training. Your Profile

Are you registered as unemployed, have a good command of the German language, and want to further your education? This course offers you the perfect foundation!

Personal Requirements

• German language skills at least B2 level
• Interest in digital content
• Willingness to learn, analytical thinking, and confidence in writing
• Registered as unemployed for funding through the training voucher

Technical Requirements

• Basic PC or tablet skills
• Your own laptop, PC, or tablet/iPad
• Stable internet connection
• A quiet and suitable home office environment
