IT Requirements and Project Manager

Your role in the team

• The requirements management for our regional IT and communication applications, especially in the area of personnel scheduling, is in your hands.
• In addition, you coordinate the involved parties during incidents and problems, ensuring that our trains run smoothly through Berlin.
• Furthermore, you develop and define IT security concepts and standards.
• You are working as an expert in additional digitalization projects, including in the control center for the renewal of the IT landscape.
• You coordinate and prioritize technical requirements based on operational, economic, and IT-technical criteria, and hand them over to our service providers.
• From the installation of hardware and software to testing and acceptance of the finished product, you independently manage your projects in coordination with IT managers, specialist departments, service providers, and users.

Qualifications

• You are familiar with IT technologies and the implementation of IT processes.
• You utilize your communication skills during requirements analysis: you facilitate workshops, communicate with the specialist departments, and coordinate our service providers.
• Furthermore, you are highly analytical and find suitable solutions for complex issues.
• You enjoy looking beyond your own horizon and are ready to face changing challenges in a heterogeneous environment.
• Good knowledge of German, quick comprehension skills, and precise working methods complete your profile.

Experience

• You possess very good and multi-year (3-5 years) hands-on experience in IT requirements management and IT project management, and you can provide corresponding certifications.

Education

• Your background is on a successfully completed technical or university degree in the field of (business) informatics, a comparable technical degree, or an equivalent vocational training.
