As an OT Security Engineer at Halliburton, your role is central to safeguarding operational technology (OT) environments from cyber threats.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and managing OT security controls, measures, and technologies to protect critical assets and systems
  • Leading incident response efforts and coordinating with outsourced security operations teams
  • Working closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) for proactive threat hunting and reactive incident response
  • Helping automate security processes such as patching, logging, and alerting
  • Analyzing vulnerabilities and assisting with timely remediation
  • Promoting a culture of security awareness among OT personnel and stakeholders
