Your Tasks

• Ensuring IT security in compliance with relevant guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Monitoring, analyzing, and further developing the security architecture (on-premise and cloud)
• Implementing and operating security solutions (e.g., EDR, Firewalls, MFA, NAC)
• Supporting the SOC as well as analyzing and processing security incidents (Incident Response)
• Further developing security concepts, guidelines, and awareness measures

Your Profile

• Several years (min. 3 years) of practical experience in IT security, ideally in hybrid environments
• Sound knowledge of common IT security concepts and technologies, including monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security and common security solutions (Firewalls, VPNs, NAC)
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance is an advantage; experience in life sciences/pharma is a plus
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills (min. B2/C1), Polish is an advantage
• Team-oriented and communicative, with a passion for working in an international environment
