Your Mission

Defend against cyberattacks and secure IT systems – that is your mission. In this role, you actively shape the protection of our digital infrastructure, identify security vulnerabilities, and develop measures against possible threats.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT Security Engineer (m/f/d), you will take on the following tasks:

• You will conceptualize, implement, and monitor IT security measures.
• You will identify attack scenarios, check the effectiveness of existing security solutions (especially IoT and data-driven).
• You will further develop and operationally implement security standards and guidelines.
• You will select security products, accompany audits, and support 2nd/3rd level support.
• You will document results and maintain the ticket system.

Your Qualifications

• University degree or training in the IT/Security field
• Experience in IT security architectures, BSI standards (200-x), ISO/IEC 27000
• Knowledge of ITIL, ideally: Security certificates (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
• Structured, responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills
• Good German and English skills
