IT Security Team Leader

About Us

Our client, a large reputable law firm in Manhattan, New York, is looking for a leader to join their team and manage their IT Security Team.

Role Overview

This role will be designing and implementing the security program, as well as the procedures and standards. You will also be monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of security initiatives, providing actionable insights and updates to senior leadership. This leader will be hands on and act as a mentor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in a law firm is a plus
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPPA.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CompTIA Security+, GISO) are a plus.
