Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for IT security within the corporate group: development of security strategies, risk assessment, and support for the implementation of security technologies
• Further development of company-wide security standards and operational implementation with the IT teams
• Management of tools for documentation maintenance, darknet monitoring, client protection, and system monitoring
• Identification, analysis, and structured processing of security incidents
• Further development of network security with a focus on firewall and access control systems
• Collaboration with external service providers and professional management of IT security projects
• Conducting security training and supporting e-learning

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in the IT or cyber security environment
• Completed IT degree or equivalent qualification (ongoing studies also possible)
• Sound knowledge of current threat scenarios, vulnerabilities, and security standards (e.g., NIS-2, ISO 27001)
• Leadership competence at a professional level and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Initiative, openness to change, and high professional competence
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training and awareness measures
• Bonus: AI certification or knowledge in supplier management

Salary

The annual salary is at least EUR 60,000 gross full-time. Willingness to overpay based on relevant professional experience and qualifications is given.
