Enhance IT service management with goeasy as an IT Service Delivery Analyst. Focus on critical applications and support processes in a hybrid work environment.
Reporting to the Manager of IT Service Delivery, this role requires strong experience in second- and third-level support, incident management, and service delivery. You will oversee collaboration among internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient service. Key responsibilities include managing the Device42 CMDB, coordinating major incident resolutions, and optimizing IT service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Device42 CMDB for ITSM integration
- Coordinate major incident resolutions and communications
- Review and approve internal change requests
- Monitor service levels and breaches reporting
- Drive service improvement plans and enhance IT operations
Requirements
- University degree in IT or related field preferred
- 2+ years IT service desk experience
- 3-5 years in IT Service Management role
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred
- Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow
