Enhance IT operations as an IT Service Delivery Analyst, providing essential second- and third-level support for critical applications. Engage in major incident management and drive service improvements collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Device42 CMDB data governance and integration
  • Coordinate major incident resolutions with relevant teams
  • Issue notices and conduct post-incident reviews
  • Host CAB meetings and approve change requests
  • Provide SLA reports and service breach updates

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or related field
  • 2+ years experience in IT service desk roles
  • 3-5 years in IT Service Management
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
