Enhance IT operations as an IT Service Delivery Analyst, providing essential second- and third-level support for critical applications. Engage in major incident management and drive service improvements collaboratively.
This role requires leadership and strong problem-solving skills to manage incidents, changes, and service requests effectively. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to restore service swiftly and maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with Device42 integration. Reporting on SLAs and identifying improvement initiatives are also crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Device42 CMDB data governance and integration
- Coordinate major incident resolutions with relevant teams
- Issue notices and conduct post-incident reviews
- Host CAB meetings and approve change requests
- Provide SLA reports and service breach updates
Requirements
- University degree in IT or related field
- 2+ years experience in IT service desk roles
- 3-5 years in IT Service Management
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
