IT Solution Architect (m/w/d) – Infrastructure as a Service

Now we are looking for you as an IT Solution Architect (m/f/d) – someone who makes complex infrastructures understandable, thinks about individual solutions, and strengthens our sales team technically.

What you'll do:

• You will work closely with sales and technology, develop concepts, and design offers.
• Close exchange and knowledge transfer with our central Product Development and Product Management Teams
• You will accompany customers from the initial idea to the right IaaS solution.
• You will conduct technical customer discussions – confidently, on equal footing, and solution-oriented.
• You will analyze requirements, think proactively, and contribute technical expertise where it is needed.
• You will develop product presentations and lead training sessions for your team.

What you bring:

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, network, virtualization, storage, cloud) as well as operating systems.
• The ability to explain technical topics understandably
• Several years of experience in (Pre-)Sales, Technical Consulting, or System Engineering is desirable.
• Enjoy customer contact, presentation skills, an open mindset, and a desire for teamwork.
• Good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
