Your New Job

You are the interface between our internal units and IT service providers, ensuring that our identity and security landscape remains future-proof, secure, and scalable. You gather requirements, advise on suitable solutions, and accompany them from idea to operation. You always keep our IT strategy, architecture, and service quality in mind.

Your Tasks

• Gather, evaluate, and implement requirements in the IAM & IT Security area
• Select and implement suitable solutions (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra ID)
• Plan and implement Proof of Concepts (e.g., SSO, MFA, role models)
• Manage and coordinate IT service providers
• Further develop our identity & security architecture
• Support transformations & integrations (e.g., post-merger)
• Responsibility for IT services, budget & quality

Your Focus

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• SSO, MFA, role & authorization concepts
• Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes
• Microsoft Security Stack (e.g., Defender, Sentinel)
• Cloud & modern security approaches

Are You This Person?

• Several years of experience (approx. 5+ years) in IT - ideally in the IAM, IT Security, or Cloud environment
• Good knowledge of role and authorization concepts as well as modern authentication standards
• Experience in IT projects - from requirements gathering to implementation
• Understanding of IT services, processes, and business contexts
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
• German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Okta (e.g., Policies, Lifecycle, SAML / OIDC / SCIM)
• Microsoft Entra ID (e.g., Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection)
• Microsoft Security Stack (e.g., Defender, Security Baselines)
• SIEM / Monitoring (e.g., Azure Sentinel, Logging, Security Use Cases)
