ICT Support (m/f/d) 80–100%

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international company. They operate across multiple markets and cover a broad range of services including media rights, sponsorship, media production, event operations, and digital solutions.

Our client is looking for a passionate ICT Support professional (80–100%) who wants to make a real impact. In this role, you will support a dynamic, international team, solve technical challenges, and ensure IT systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure services (Service Desk)
• Monitor and manage IT systems including computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices
• Provide IT support for events, both remotely from HQ and on-site
• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory
• Organise and conduct user trainings on systems and tools
• Create and maintain system and user documentation
• Manage software updates and patch processes
• Support and contribute to IT infrastructure and digitalisation projects

Your Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
• Completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education in IT
• Capable of supporting IT services in complex environments and analysing technical issues efficiently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality, service excellence, and a client-first mindset
• Approachable, reliable, and enjoys working with people
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, ISO, or similar
• Proficient in English and German (spoken and written)
