About Us

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support to end users
  • Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
  • Perform OS installations, reimaging, and system migrations
  • Handle PC/laptop building, configuration, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including blue screen errors
  • Manage Active Directory (Group Policy updates, OU management)
  • Support VPN and MDM configurations
  • Provide support for network connectivity and printers
  • Manage and troubleshoot MS Office applications, OST & PST files

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Strong expertise in end-user support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows OS environments
