About Us
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to end users
- Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
- Perform OS installations, reimaging, and system migrations
- Handle PC/laptop building, configuration, and deployment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including blue screen errors
- Manage Active Directory (Group Policy updates, OU management)
- Support VPN and MDM configurations
- Provide support for network connectivity and printers
- Manage and troubleshoot MS Office applications, OST & PST files
Technical Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Strong expertise in end-user support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows OS environments
