Your Responsibilities

• Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Responsibility for Entra ID with a focus on users, groups, and permissions
• Support and optimization of the Intune environment, including device management, compliance, and security policies
• Implementation of security and Conditional Access policies
• Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell
• Participation in cloud and infrastructure projects
• Support of network and site infrastructure such as LAN, VPN, and Firewall
• Analysis and resolution of infrastructure and performance issues
• Documentation and standardization of the international IT landscape

Your Profile

• Completed IT education, such as an IT specialist EFZ or a degree in computer science, ideally with further training in the Microsoft environment
• Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 and cloud environment
• Very good knowledge of Intune and Entra ID
• Experience with PowerShell or comparable automation
• Good understanding of network fundamentals such as LAN, VLAN, VPN, and Firewall
• Experience working with external IT partners
• Independent, reliable, and resilient personality with strong team and communication skills
• Very good German and English skills at B2 level
