Your Role

Do you enjoy ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the background? Then you are in the right place with us. For our IT team, we are looking for a responsible, service-oriented, and structured personality who will competently support our internal users and ensure the stable and secure operation of our entire IT landscape. You will always keep an eye on the availability of central services such as servers, network, security, backup, and Microsoft 365.

Your Core Tasks

• You provide first and second-level support for infrastructure, system, and access issues.
• You actively participate in the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 services (including Power Automate, Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, MFA, and other central cloud services).
• You monitor, operate, and maintain our entire IT infrastructure, including servers, network, WLAN, storage, backup, and security.
• You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and entire lifecycle of clients, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as standard software via Microsoft Intune (primarily in the environment of Windows 11 and iOS).

Your Profile

• You have completed training as an IT System Technician, IT Specialist System Integration, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, or comparable technologies.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You are capable of independently implementing standardization and optimization projects.
• You work in a structured manner and have a process- and role-based understanding, especially in the context of the transition from on-premise to cloud solutions.
• You are characterized by high commitment and flexibility.
• Your strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile.
