What awaits you?

• You will support our Solution Architects in developing technical customer solutions and actively participate in the further development of our industrial computers and edge gateways.
• You will process complex support and RMA cases, analyze error patterns, manage exchange processes, and optimize technical workflows.
• You will set up test environments, perform feature and integration tests, and provide results directly to our development teams.
• You will create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for internal teams and customers.
• You will answer technical inquiries from sales, product management, and quality assurance and participate in internal improvement processes.

What you should bring?

• You have completed training as an IT System Integrator, in electronics, or a comparable qualification.
• You are proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems – including analysis, log evaluation, and configuration.
• You have good knowledge of network technology.
• You have already gained initial experience with support processes and ticket systems.
• You can set up and configure test hardware and conduct reproducible tests.
• You possess a high degree of communication skills and have fluent German and English language skills.
• Your working style is analytical, structured, and self-reliant.
