Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation, and further development of modern IT infrastructures (Cloud, Hybrid, On-Premises)
• Analysis of customer requirements and creation of tailor-made IT concepts
• Support, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems including documentation
• Consulting and technical support in direct customer contact remotely and on-site
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software solutions
• Integration and support of network and security solutions (e.g., Cisco, Synology, Sophos)
• Support with hosting environments and automation of IT processes
• Continuous optimization of existing systems and proactive monitoring

Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development with relevant professional experience
• Experience in IT engineering, especially with Microsoft 365 and ideally Azure Cloud
• Knowledge in the areas of networks, virtualization, and IT security desirable
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong customer focus
• Enjoyment of new technologies and motivation for continuous development
• Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2) skills
• Driver's license category B
