Role

In this role, you will work in an agile environment with short decision-making processes and actively shape modern IT infrastructures. You will contribute your technical know-how to diverse projects and ensure that systems are operated stably, securely, and future-proof.

Responsibilities

• You support the planning, implementation, and operation of IT infrastructures in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
• You administer and optimize server landscapes based on Windows Server and Linux
• You operate and further develop virtualization platforms
• You design and implement security solutions in the IT security area
• You analyze and resolve disturbances in 2nd and 3rd level support
• You automate processes using PowerShell and Bash
• You support the setup and operation of monitoring systems

Qualifications

• Completed IT education or comparable practical experience
• Experience in system administration and operation of IT infrastructures
• Sound knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux
• Experience with virtualization, server systems, and IT security
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Microsoft Azure is advantageous
• Analytical and structured way of working & team spirit as well as high initiative
• Good German
