Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

As an IT Systems Architect and Software Developer (d/m/f), you will be part of a dedicated team that develops innovative software solutions for our internal customers. You will actively shape the IT landscape by analyzing requirements, designing system architectures, and implementing modern applications:

Responsibilities

• Analysis of requirements from our internal customers
• Creation of system architectures and application concepts
• Implementation of software solutions (detailed analysis, development, testing, and documentation)
• Adaptation of software solutions and their interfaces to changing requirements
• Supporting key users in specialist departments with problem analysis
• Project management and coordination of other developers
• Further development of the methods, tools, and services used by the software development team

Qualifications

• Completed higher technical education in IT (university, university of applied sciences) or several years (3+) of professional experience as a software developer
• Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: PL/SQL, Java, SQL
• Experience in creating and operating container-based solutions with Kubernetes (e.g., MicroK8s or OpenShift)
• Good knowledge of relational databases (preferably Oracle RDBMS)
• Experience in the following areas is an advantage: Oracle APEX, HTML5 (JavaScript, CSS), XML, XSLT, web services (SOAP, REST), Python, Docker, container development
• Teamplayer who enjoys working in a global team
• Good German and English skills
