You Have

• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 capabilities
• Experience working with allies and partners to solve communications challenges
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure architectures
• Ability to understand and distill complex IT architectures and develop IT system transition strategies
• Ability to travel to OCONUS locations up to 10 % of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of experience in defense communications systems, or Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in defense communications systems

Nice If You Have

• Experience with cloud technologies and federated mission networking
• Knowledge of existing mission partner capabilities and DoW strategies for mission partner solutions

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Projected compensation range: $86,900 – $198,000 (annualized USD)

Work Model

• Remote – May still require occasional work on‑site at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid – Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, aligned with leadership expectations and role needs; may also need to work from or visit a customer facility.
• Onsite – Primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration as required.
