IT Talent Sourcer (Contract)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Sourcer to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top technical talent, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Advisors/Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess fit
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Stay aligned with business goals and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
• Track and manage candidate activity within ATS and sourcing tools
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive insights
• Promote diversity by implementing inclusive sourcing strategies
• Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall professional experience
• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience (corporate and/or agency environment)
• Strong experience sourcing for IT roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, infrastructure, security, etc.)
• Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
