About the role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Sourcer to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top technical talent, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Advisors/Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles
- Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess fit
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Stay aligned with business goals and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
- Track and manage candidate activity within ATS and sourcing tools
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive insights
- Promote diversity by implementing inclusive sourcing strategies
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience (corporate and/or agency environment)
- Strong experience sourcing for IT roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, infrastructure, security, etc.)
- Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
