As an experienced leader in IT Staffing with 1.5+ years of experience in Technology staffing, you will play a crucial role in managing C2H hiring for Microsoft Technology, AI Technologies, and Cybersecurity requirements at First Meridian. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on niche skill hiring - Prioritizing C2H/Contract Staffing and ensuring successful placements - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill technology staffing needs - Implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent for IT roles - Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates to ensure a good fit - Meeting individual recruitment targets and working in a deadline-driven environment - Working closely with BFSI/Product based companies in emerging technologies
