Mid-Senior IT Technical Recruiter

Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Senior level IT Recruiter with strong technical recruiting experience to support a high-volume hiring environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing a large requisition load, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage up to 40 active requisitions at a time across multiple business units
• Own full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
• Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Conduct technical screenings to assess candidate fit
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while moving roles forward efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT / Technical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions (30–40+ roles simultaneously)
• Strong understanding of technical roles across infrastructure, development, data, and cybersecurity
• Experience working in both agency and/or corporate recruiting environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday or similar ATS
• Experience supporting enterprise-level or high-growth environments

Additional Information:

• This role requires onsite presence in Doral, FL four days per week
