About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, result‑driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent‑acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers and clients to source, screen, and hire top‑tier IT professionals across a wide range of technologies and domains. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruiting position where you will own the full hiring lifecycle—from understanding the talent need to onboarding the new hire.


Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering • Meet with internal hiring managers or external clients to capture detailed job specifications, skill sets, and cultural fit criteria.
Sourcing • Leverage job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, niche tech communities, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., Hiretual, AmazingHiring).
Screening & Shortlisting • Review resumes, assess technical and soft‑skill fit, and create shortlists for each opening.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls (coding tests, portfolio reviews, etc.).
Interview Coordination • Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers, senior engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience (clear communication, timely feedback).
Candidate Management • Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and managing expectations.
Data & Reporting • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up‑to‑date with candidate status, notes, and documentation.
• Generate weekly recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, pipeline health).
Talent Pipeline Development • Build and nurture relationships with passive talent for future hiring needs.
• Organize or attend tech meet‑ups, webinars, and campus drives.
Compliance & Documentation • Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.

Who We’re Looking For

Must‑Have Nice‑to‑Have
• 1‑2 years of experience in IT/tech recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of software development roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, QA, Data Science).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with an ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Greenhouse).
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Experience recruiting for emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, Cloud, Blockchain).
• Familiarity with technical assessment tools (HackerRank, Codility).
• Exposure to campus hiring or internship programs.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance basics.
Education • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Personal Traits • High energy, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Empathetic listener who can sell the employer brand.
